Coaching is a personal development process that has been gaining in popularity since the mid to late 1990's.

The demand for coaching has increased due to the increasing demands that are placed on us from ourselves and the outside world. Coaching is inherently about you or your organization and what it is that you want to accomplish. Coaching is not about the coach's agenda or what he/she wants for the client. This realization allows for a low stress environment that encourages growth and nurtures results.

These results are achieved through an on-going three step process:

  • Questioning – Helping clients determine exactly what they are looking to accomplish in the coaching relationship and identifying the barriers that stand in the way of progress.
  • Strategizing – Developing a plan of action that lasers in on the specific steps needed to break down the literal and imaginative walls that stand in the way of the desired outcome.
  • Application – Following up and following through on the action plan and providing creative solutions and adjustments as circumstances change.

Our Coaching and real life experience have also revealed that people need accountability when it comes to personal / organizational achievement. It is easy to slip into a default mode and lose site of the greater goal. Coaches continually hold up the vision to the client to keep them on target and purpose-driven.
